Rockstar!

I feel like a ROCKSTAR after the show at the House of Blues! Haha. It was AH-MAZING.

I was first, which made me really nervous, but my best friend Mindy was there to support to me. She hung out with me backstage and helped me do my hair and make up before the show. She’s the BEST.

When the time came for me to go on….gosh, was I nervous. Haha. I mean, I’ve done bigger shows before, like my big concert this past February, but this is the House of Blues. This is pretty high up there on the list, so of course it we nerve wrecking.

But when the curtains opened and the lights came on and everyone cheered for me…..all my fears just went away. It was weird. I felt so…safe and comfortable. From there, I just performed. It felt great. I was just doing my thing and, to be honest, I didn’t really care what people thought of me. I was there to entertain and do what I do best and if people like me, then they like me. If not, that’s fine, too. Haha. I was just there to have fun.

I felt so refreshed when the show was over. Even though I was sweating like a pig, I felt brand new. I was smiling ear to ear =D I went out to a booth at the back of the room and had a meet and greet with all my fans afterwards. It was priceless. I got to sign posters and CDs and even my t-shirts. LOL. It was so rewarding, and it just reminded me why I love to perform: just to see the smiles on people’s faces.

I couldn’t have imagined the night going any better. Thanks to everyone who came and supported me! It really means a lot to me and I appreciate it bunches! I hope you guys like the video above of me performing Dance Wit Me =)
